Cancellation & Return
Below is a list of all details regarding customer rights and our Cancellation & Return policies.
To CANCEL your order, please email our customer service team at email@example.com before the order has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched; then, unfortunately we won't be able to stop the parcel throughout transit and you would be required to return the order.
Please take reasonable care of the goods once received. Customers are to be made aware that we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund that will be issued to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied.

Our RETURN Policy
This returns policy applies to all our customers world wide.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as this authenticates the item as being new and without the original packaging is unsellable.
We must receive the returned product with UPS Express as the courier, within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product.
- The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached,
- It must be in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new
- The return/exchange costs are accepted by the buy.
- You must comply with the returns procedure set out above.
In regards to your return, we ask that you to contact with e-mail to email@example.com address. We will guide you to return your package back to us.

SALE and Discounted items policy
Please be aware that any items purchased in a SALE can not be returned for a refund as they are subject to clearance.
Also, we do not provide any refunds for items bought with discount.
Refunds will not be provided to the customer for any sale items.
Further details on Returns
You will be responsible for paying postage costs for the return parcel. Once again, returns must be via UPS Express delivery service only. A refund can not be processed until we receive the order back to us.
A tracking number must be provided for return items.
The following products may not be returned under this policy:
Goods that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged in anyway.
We will refund you with excluding first shipping cost for any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by yourself to pay for your purchase through our secure payment system.
We will process the refund when an inspection of the garments has been done, this will be done as soon as possible once the order has been received by us. This can be within
14 days following the day we received your returned order.

Late or Missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
