Returns

If something is not quite right, there is the option to return it for a refund or exchange. The difference between Martin Valen and other companies is that we give you 100 days to return without rushing you. Once you receive your package, you will have 100 days to contact us regarding your request for a return or exchange. All we ask is that the products are in unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. Please note that in some countries returns are paid by the customer.
