Do You Have Doubts About Shoe Size?

• Wear the shoes you bought on your right and left feet to try them on. (Make sure to try the shoes on a clean surface).

• After putting the shoes on, lace them up tightly and check if they fit your feet. (When the laces are not tied, the shoes may seem larger.)

• Our sizes comply with IT/EU Standards. They are slightly larger compared to sports shoes produced in the Far East. For detailed guidance, you can review our size chart or consult our team.

• Having sneaker models to be slightly larger is better for foot health.

• You can adjust the size of your shoes by replacing the insole to make them half a size larger or smaller. Our team will guide you in the best possible way in this regard.

• If you want to exchange the size, create a return/exchange request. We will be ready to send you a new size!

Shoe Usage Instructions:

• In shoes made with natural calf leather, there may be minor marks on the leather surfaces. These have a natural appearance that is not bothersome. Such appearance is considered normal for leather products. Embrace the beauty of natural appearance.

• All our products are entirely handmade by our own craftsmen with at least +25 years of experience. Insensitive products are born from mass production. We are against this and produce each pair with great motivation. Therefore, in handmade products, there may be minor flaws that are imperceptible and do not bother you. Every flaw is an invitation to something unique, something better... Feel free to share your comments and criticisms with us.

• After wearing your shoes, let them rest for 24 hours to allow moisture to dissipate and prolong their lifespan.

• Shoes should be worn according to the place and occasion. Avoid wearing suede and nubuck shoes in rainy weather.

• We produce shoes with the most durable materials, but protecting them from impacts will extend their aesthetic lifespan.

• Shoes exposed to intense sunlight or strong spotlights for a long time may experience color changes and fading. Store your shoes in dark and dry places along with their boxes.

• When putting on or taking off shoes, the laces should be untied. Using a shoehorn while putting on shoes will extend their lifespan.

• Since there are no chemicals harmful to your health in our shoes, the color of the leather inside may transfer to socks, which is perfectly normal for genuine leather products. Therefore, it is recommended to wear socks in the same color as the shoes, especially when feet sweat a lot.

• All types of leather shoes without a 'waterproof' feature statement; may seep in during rainy weather.

• If you are not going to wear them for a long time, storing them in a bag in a non-airtight manner will extend the life of your shoes.

Shoe Cleaning Instructions:

• You can clean your shoes with special shoe cleaning products or with a non-alcoholic wet cloth/moist fabric. Avoid contact with hot water please.

• You can clean white shoes with cleaning kits designed for whites. If you don't have one, you can achieve perfect whiteness with a home-made  kit, an old toothbrush, toothpaste (preferably containing hydrogen peroxide), and baking soda.

• Are your laces dirty? Fill a 0.5-liter plastic bottle with 4-5 cl of bleach and 0.4 liters of warm water. Then put your laces in it, shake it. After 3 hours, you'll have brand new laces.

• Do not use chemical cleaning products (Acetone, Alcohol, etc.) for shoe cleaning under any circumstances.

• Suede, nubuck, and similar shoes are more delicate than smooth leather shoes. Cleaning and maintenance should be done with special care products such as brushes and erasers.

• Wet and damp shoes should be dried at room temperature. They should not be dried under a heater or in the sun. Direct contact of wet shoes with heat can damage their structure.

• After wearing your shoes for a while, certain points may become wrinkled. Use a shoe tree to reduce these wrinkles. Placing the shoe tree and applying heat to the wrinkled areas with a hairdryer will reduce the wrinkles. For more, you can consult our team.

• Shoes should never be washed in a washing machine or by hand.
