Our RETURN Policy
This returns policy applies to all our customers worldwide.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as this authenticates the item as being new and without the original packaging is unsellable
We must receive the returned product with any shipping company, within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product.
- The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached,
- It must be in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new
- The return/exchange costs are accepted by the customer.

SALE and Discounted items policy
Please be aware that any items purchased in a SALE can not be returned for a refund as they are subject to clearance.
Also, we do not provide any refunds for items bought by discount.
Refunds will not be provided to the customer for any sale items.
