Shipment / Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Items that are in stock will be sent with DHL or UPS and you will receive them in 2-3 business days (Monday-Saturday) after they’re shipped. 


Disclaimer: Delivery might get delayed by one business day if your package was shipped on Saturday or before a public holiday.

(For Islands and Remote Locations, this delay can be up to 2 business days.)


You’ll be able to track one or more of your packages with your tracking number. Please refer to the tracking number/s provided to you via e-mail when the delivery of your packages has started.

Where can I find my tracking number/s?

As said above, your tracking number/s will be provided to you via E-mail when the delivery of your packages has started.


Please contact us if you have not received your shipment.

How much are the shipping costs?

We ship our products free of charge.


Disclaimer: There’s an exception; If you live in an Island or a Remote Location, additional shipping costs could be charged. As soon as you have entered the delivery address, you will be able to see the calculated additional shipping costs in your shopping cart.


When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund in 1 to 7 business days after it was issued. 

You will be informed via e-mail as soon as your refund has been issued.

How can I Return/Exchange/Cancel my order?

Please note that you’ll have 14 days to return or exchange your products after you have received them, as that’s how long our return/exchange period is. If you’re over that period, we’ll not be able to accept your return/exchange request. We only accept unused and undamaged products for returns/exchanges. Please contact us if you want to return/exchange more than one product/package.


For cancelation, please contact us through our Customer Support Ticket and describe your reason for the cancelation as customer feedback is important to us. Please note that for cancelation, your package/s shouldn’t be shipped out.



Regardless of the order value, we will deduct a shipping fee of €9.90 from your refund per return for a package delivery of up to 2.5 kg.

Regardless of the order value, we will deduct a shipping fee of €11.90 from your refund per return for a package delivery of up to 2.5 kg.

France, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Poland


Regardless of the order value, we will deduct a shipping fee of €13.90 from your refund per return for a package delivery of up to 2.5 kg.

How can I change my delivery address?

If your package is still in processing, you can contact our Customer Support with your correct address details and we’ll be able to change the delivery address for you. 

If your package was shipped, please contact the courier directly, from whom you will receive an email with your tracking number when delivery starts.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes, we indeed deliver our products Worldwide thanks to our partnerships with UPS and DHL.

You can click the link labeled ‘’Forgot Your Password?’’ on the Login page and enter your e-mail to receive an e-mail containing a password reset link from us. After you receive it, click on the link and continue resetting your password.

How do I log in to my account?

You can log in to your Martin Valen account through the Login page, which can be accessible by clicking the profile photo-shaped icon on the top right. Please enter the e-mail and the personal password you used on registration.

What are the Sizes and Dimensions of your products?

You can find the Size Charts of any product on their own pages, and determine your own size. It will be located on the right side of the page, below the price of the product. After you click ‘’Size Chart’’, it will open as a pop-up.

Where are Martin Valen products manufactured?

Our Factory is located in Turkey and our HQ is located in Germany.


We send most of our packages from our Warehouse located in Germany.
